Returns and complaints
We consider each return or complaint individually.
Please contact us if you have any problem with your order. We will clear up any doubts and together we will surely find a good solution!
RETURNS:
- The customer has the right to return the goods up to 14 working days from its receipt without giving any reason, as long as the product has not been used in any way (tile, varnish, stamp, etc.) or unpacked (applies to products that after opening are no longer a full-fledged product – e.g. removing the blue foil from the plate)
- To return a product, please contact us by e-mail to arrange the return details
- Returned products should be safely packed so as not to be damaged in transport (preferably in the same box in which they were sent)
- The cost of shipping the returned products is covered by the Buyer
- COD shipments will not be accepted
COMPLAINTS:
- In order to submit a complaint, please contact us by e-mail to arrange the details
- If the product is damaged (in transit or it is a manufacturing defect that we were unable to catch), it can be replaced with a new one after arrangements
- In the event of a real complaint, the Seller covers the costs of shipping and possible return of the advertised goods
- A complaint about a damaged product should be reported immediately after receiving the package without any delay
- Complaints about products that have been mechanically damaged due to improper care of the product or after using a significant part of it (e.g. nail polish) will not be accepted.
